1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Vished Growth, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide Meta Ads intelligence and agency services ('Services') subject to these conditions.
2. Software Usage (SaaS)
Our SaaS layer provides data analysis. While our AI verdicts are based on historical performance, they do not guarantee future results. Advertising involves inherent financial risk.
3. Agency Services (DFY)
Done-For-You services are subject to a separate strategy agreement. We act as strategic advisors; final execution responsibility lies with the account owner unless write-access is explicitly delegated.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation must be made 3 days before the renewal date. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.
Vished Growth is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent intelligence provider. All ad spend and platform fees are paid directly to Meta.
